We do not sell or ship any physical items.
Once your purchase is completed, your files are made available digitally, with no physical delivery involved.

Instant Digital Access

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital files through:

The order confirmation page, available immediately after checkout
A confirmation email containing the download links, sent to the email address used during purchase

How to Download Your Files

You can access your purchased products in two simple ways:

Download Requirements

To access and use your files, you will need:

A stable internet connection
A device capable of opening PDF files (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
A spreadsheet application for the planning tools — Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or the free Google Sheets all work
Sufficient storage space to download the files (file size may vary depending on the product)

Printing Your Guides

Every guide is formatted for A4 and US Letter and may be printed as many times as you like for your own personal use. The field checklist and settings reference cards are designed specifically to be printed, and many readers keep the complete set in a ring binder to take outside with them.

Printing is optional. Everything can be read and used directly on screen.
